Booking and Cancellation Conditions

  • Reservations are only possible for a minimum of five nights from 01/01 to 05/31 and from 09/14 to 12/31
    During these periods, arrival and departure days remain indifferent

  • Reservations for one or more weeks are made between 06/01 and 09/15
  • Any reservation will only be effective upon receipt of the deposit payment, corresponding to 30 percent (30%) of the total stay amount
  • The balance is due on the day of arrival

Security Deposit

  • Security deposit of 2000 euros, ideally by cheque, handed over upon arrival and returned on the day of departure after the inventory, unless a problem is noticed during it

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before the arrival date: Full refund of the amounts already paid
  • Less than 30 days: Thirty percent deposit will be retained
  • Less than 15 days: The total amount of the stay will be charged
